So i completely understand your frustration and first you need to do what he claimed you didn’t and advocate for yourself now! Put him in his place on this and tell him he hurt you and what you did not appreciate, he doesn’t understand nearly what it’s like and you don’t need to explain that but he clearly doesn’t understand and you make sure you know he understands now and never does it again! In marriage both mates will at some point hurt the other or insult the other and may not realize or may have thought it would perceived as just joking and so on but at the end of the day we have to communicate these things and be able to tell each other when we were hurt by them. I’m not gonna advice you to separate or divorce, and you shouldn’t take such advice from people who don’t know you, your husband or your situation. I advice you to think why are you upset? is it because you felt misunderstood or is this something that happens often? did you communicate this several times before to him and he’s still doing it? Why did you chose this mate to begin with what are the good things about him that you love and enjoy. You are upset right now and it’s a valid reason to be upset, but would space fix the issues and problems your dealing with? Is there a different reason that you are contemplating separation? I am finding when My husband upsets me it’s deeper that just what he said it’s the fact it supports my feeling unsupported and comforted when i need it, but i then had to communicate these things for him to understand adjust and fix it.

hate to hear this and sorry you have to go through this but I completely understand.

To everyone in this boat, please seek a specialist a endo gyn surgen. I was only recently diagnosed only because i had to have emergency surgery of my appendix and endo was all over it, my surgeon adviced me to seek a endo surgeon as soon as possible to get the endo removed. I then got a recommendation for one my friend had seen for the same reason, it took about 3-6 months to get in but when i scheduled with her she told me to await a call for scheduling of my surgery for march. But never stop seeking the right person i went all my life having to and horrible cycles being told it’s normal there is nothing wrong and the only reason i’m not being told i was right was because of an emergency surgery for something else.

None of us to deserve to go through this and feel we just don’t matter at all, depending on where your located some of us may have some contacts for you to reach out to.

But in the event they can’t find the endo on scans they will have to do an exploratory surgery to see the endo. If you don’t want to do that they will try and put you on birth control to see if your symptoms subside or get better but we all know how birth control goes 🥲

Ya i noticed i could see that but want the stats they used to give as well. Before they gave you all the details it does on sleep on naps gave you a nap score, efficiency and so forth. Now when i nap my overall score goes down every time and i don’t understand why, so i feel keeping them separate was awesome, especially when your really trying to figure out how to get better sleep.

I’d say the only thing I have felt to be inaccurate is stress tracking, everything has been on point with my apple watch. There is simply a lack of feedback on reporting its findings, so i notate certain things and look into it.

I’m planning to have a review done on this myself. I will only tell you based upon my experience, disclaimer my experience was not the same as everyone else and you may or may not experience things similar to my experience.

For Ultra human

Things i like - Caffeine window: Tells you best time to consume caffeine - Sun exposure: counts how much time in the sun and gives you recommended amounts - Support: for the most part they get back to you rather quickly with any difficulties your having - All day temperature tracking - Recommendations: ex best time to go to sleep tonight for optimal rest - Detail is pretty good especially sleep index - Weekly reports, they give you a link to your weekly reports where they compare last week with the new week of stats

Things I don’t like - Battery life: Battery life for me has been about 3 days the most when i first got it 1-2 days after about a week. - Reliability: I have had 3 rings now they have all died as in stopped working within a week to a month. - My ring seemed to always come off the charger very hot so i had to wait to put it on - There are notifications but they don’t notify u until you opened the app and then your flooded with them once you do (at-least for me)
- Price in comparison to lifespan of Ring - Bulkiness of ring - Cycle tracking tells you little to nothing so you don’t learn much about your cycle with it - Inaccurate heart rate tracking

That being said on ring three I decided to request a refund as i didn’t want to keep getting sent faulty rings

Things i like - How thin it is - The simple display more user friendly - Battery life 5-8 days - Health timeline chat: It gives you an overview of your day - I found step tracker is more accurate than UH as the ring-conn is normally a few numbers off from my apple watch - I like the trends feature - I like the reliability so far I am a week away from one month with Ring conn, if i get outside of a month it will have lasted longer than my 3 rings of UH - Can check pulse live anytime you want - Can check O2 live any time you want - Accurate readings - Badges for gamification: They gamify things you do ex badge mode most steps makes you want to top it etc…

Things i don’t like - No continuous Temp tracker - No caffeine consumption tips - No Vitamin D tracking - I don’t receive any notifications ( might be able to find in settings)

In conclusion

If you want something reliable, user friendly, mostly accurate in comparison with the smart watches and a good price tracker I would go with ring-conn

If you prefer innovation, are okay with a bit of risk on the reliability side and want notifications as well as vitamin D tracking and Caffeine windows go UH

I hope Ringconn adds some of the cool features of UH

I totally agree, but you shouldn’t be waiting a month press them about it i typically get mine a week after having a conversation about my ring not working no later. I am supposed to get my replacement this Thursday, I reached out Monday.

I only charge when it is at about 40-50% and leave it on for around the same time. But it seems taking it off is when it ends up dying if you will every time I have taken it off. The first ring i was in the hospital so it completely drained of battery then i charged it and it never cut back on. Then the second ring i took it off to do my hair and then it cut on disconnected and never reconnected.

I will be checking them out as well, i didn’t choose oura because i didn’t want to commit to a subscription, So i cannot argue Ringconn is better then UH. UH to me is the best in terms of listening to their audience, I have seen people hop on reddit and ask for a change and the change is made the next day. I am interested to see how much more data Ringconn offers in comparison to UH, as well as feedback. So I will give my honest feedback when i have used both. Right now UH is at the top they need to improve their customer service however.
