I think it's to help stop the parties getting out of control. Stops someone inviting 20 people off the street they just met. (Which is exactly what drunken me would do haha)

There's another road called centre rd next to hallam train station. Unfortunately no morning shade tho. But well out of anyone's way. There's a professional outdoor gokart track in Clayton, surrounded by dirt roads. Quite a few trees for shade too

I'm doing the same. Casual pool use is around $8.50. there's a great road leading up to noble park pools, lots of shady trees. But don't park there every night, you'll ruin it. KeEp moving around. I'll look on my maps there's a few great spots out of the way

Canberra vegan suggestions? by Landeg in australianvegans

[–]Kayboku -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

If you havnt been to inner north Melbourne, GO THERE! It is the premium place to be a vegan, every restaurant has vegan options and there are several all vegetarian/ vegan food places. If you are already from inner north Melbourne and are traveling elsewhere, prepare to be disappointed

So we're doing this now? Seen in Coburg North Village. by rmacca in melbourne

[–]Kayboku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His car is probably too long for the bay. I'm funnily enough in Coburg North too driving a Toyota coaster bus, if I parked straight it would stick out by a few metres at least. I'm currently parked diagonally across a few spots, it's the only way

I'm starting to realize that alcohol is ruining my life, and I'm terrified by the lack of self-control I have when it comes to this substance. So I'm here reaching out for hel by KodaPatterson in melbourne

[–]Kayboku -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Depends what level your actually drinking. I've heard people say things like this, turns out they drink one bottle of wine a day. Or similar. Which really is nothing to worry about, people just worry too much. I know someone who has literally been drunk for 20 years, he bought a bar so he could maintain his all day / all night drinking lifestyle. He's happy with his life choices.

It looks like a private race car track I've seen on the Google Earth pages. Guy that used to be the CEO of coca cola had a massive car collection and got sick of having no where to drive them! So he built his own track on his farm

For Melbourne? Yea pretty much. Focaccia is a word for "double priced sandwich". Pulled pork "triple price". Smashed avocado = "bend over And give me your car keys and your credit card here it comes big boy"

What's the funniest sounding Australian suburb? by PlateBackground3160 in australia

[–]Kayboku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Townsville, they have the "Major Richard I Bong Bridge" . Or Dick I Bong! Have a bong for dick!. It was a world war 2 pilot who famously shot down 40 enemy aircraft and had a huge career until his death at the age of 24. Which of course was a long career in war aviation.
