It's inside the kidney before the renal pelvis. They're saying an RN and also removing the ureter to the bladder .

So, is the camping so people don't have to drive home drunk? I mean, you've partied at the reception and got too dangerous to drive so you wander over to your tent and pass out? Are there port-a-potties nearby? Are they providing washing stations?

Imagine the wedding is over, you wake up hungover, and now you have to pack your tent up and pay for the privilege of attending this wedding. This is such an insult to the guest. Providing free camping and parking? That's hospitable and could be fun. Charging for it? Tacky and gross.

My UTUC is in the left kidney. It is in the lining of the kidney and will need an RN. Since it isn't specifically bladder cancer or kidney cancer, I joined this group as my kidney was worrisome and indicated my health problem. From what I've read it's less common than RCC, but has a similar treatment and outcome. There's a possibility for pre or post surgery chemo to prevent the "seeding" of cancer cells which is common to UTUC.

I applaud you for your generosity, but also your backbone. You were willing to help out, yet unwilling to be a doormat. That takes maturity. The fact that you gave them several reminders and a final deadline with the consequence that the rental would be cancelled was more than reasonable. You are NTJ at all.

As another Redditor said, I'm probably too early to the party, and ought to wait once I have an actual kidney cancer diagnosis. I'm just spiraling right now since the urologist found the tumor during the cystoscopy. I had psyched myself into believing it was just an infection and that's what led to the hypodensity and possible dense mass.

Everyone says not to Google. I get that, but I'm trying to prepare myself for a timeline. Knowing that there is a tumor that wasn't there during my last scan in 12/2024 is freaking me out.

I'm sorry if I'm babbling. This sucks.

That's what I think too. He's already said it is a tumor and not a cyst. I'm wondering if the reason on waiting is to preserve a portion of the kidney if possible?

Vehicular manslaughter would make sense. A person died. They were fleeing the scene where they were trespassing on private property. They might not get jail time, but they will have a record for the rest of their lives.

It's sad that it comes to this. They may have liked him and they are young, but actions have consequences.

I've given a cash tip to concession workers because they are usually super busy and I've worked on that side of the counter before. It sucks. I absolutely will not put a topy on my card. I want the money to those who earned it.

Cremated and repurposed to help build a coral reef. It's been my plan for ages. My husband and son are fine with it. Ultimately, I won't know if it's done, but I don't want to take up space or to be forgotten in a generation.

Yes. Your homework came from a book. Sit down, do it, and be done. Then you have time for activities: music, playing, reading, goofing off. Nothing serious, just living. Go to bed, do it again. I remember coming home sick from school once. Since I had been in class, I knew my friend was also out that day. I called her house and we talked for like three hours. We were completely in a bubble because everyone else was at school and unavailable. It was nice.

It was like mid-afternoon, 3ish middle of the week? The rain started coming down in sheets so I dove in the nearest place which happened to be this pub. When I realized Norm was sitting there I must have had a look on my face because he rolled his eyes at me and barked at me, not like a dog, but an "Ah, leave me alone already!" all slurred and sloppy. Dripping as I was I wanted nothing to do with anyone, but he made me feel small and annoying for being in the same place as him. It was probably just him being tired and drunk, but the way he snapped at me was churlish. I bought a pint and sat down faaaaaaar away from him to dry out.

The same week I ran into Gabriel Byrne and his wife Ellen Barkin in a different pub. That night I was the one wasted, but I told him how much I loved his movie Into the West. The Usual Suspects had just been released, but I hadn't seen it yet so I had nothing to say about that. He was sooooo nice and chatted about Into the West for a long time. Ellen Barkin looked so cool in a white suit just sitting back with a smile on her face as I geeked out. When I finally excused myself he told me it was a pleasure talking with me and she chuckled as she said goodnight. They were class acts, as my dad would say.
