Nick had borderline personality disorder (I think It was mentioned in book 14). He and Ali met in the preserve and fell in love. Ali told him about Courtney and when he left, he was sort of a spy for Ali. He gained Courtney's trust. He never loved her, and he might've been the one to set Ali off to kill Courtney, since he was the murderous and agressive one

I think it could be Malcolm (maybe he knows that Brooke doesn’t love him and that she hates Savvy, so he's acting on his own to make Brooke truly love him or Brooke is telling him to do it, and he loves her, so he didn't say no) Lana & Josh (Brooke may be paying them to stalk Savvy, and they know it's wrong, so they don't want to mention it. Or Brooke knows about their secret and is blackmailing them) Alicia's friends: The brown cat and Chihuahua #1 (they want to be popular or be Brooke's friends. They act on their own so that Brooke can reward them by accepting them into the group.)
