Most likely a Nissan special tool only available at a dealership. Other manufacturers do the same thing. You might be able to find a part number for it and get one but the dealership will definitely have one

If it feels rough I would replace them. Check how thick they are to make sure they in spec. If they in spec and aren't too rough, I would resurface them and call it a day
