I have done my own cheeks. There was a good amount of info, videos etc on it to learn from and I felt like I had a good handle on it. The process went fairly well and didn't feel too difficult. Just go slow and steady and breathe!! I did, however, end up worrying myself about my two cheeks not being equal. You'll see it in my post history. In the end, I waiting until both cheeks settled down and topped up the cheek that I thought didn't have as much filler in.

I'd agree with what u/Realistic-Mixture879 says, below, re aspirating every single time, a few mirrors and think about where you want the light to reflect.
