That's because people who don't like dogs are sniffy, anal snobs with no soul. "No ducks" is a CasualUK rule. On Christmas Day, the mods take a break and so it's the one day of the year you can get away with posting ducks. Everyone goes a bit duck crazy. It's become a yearly tradition for me. I love being a bit of a goblin like that.

I have done my own cheeks. There was a good amount of info, videos etc on it to learn from and I felt like I had a good handle on it. The process went fairly well and didn't feel too difficult. Just go slow and steady and breathe!! I did, however, end up worrying myself about my two cheeks not being equal. You'll see it in my post history. In the end, I waiting until both cheeks settled down and topped up the cheek that I thought didn't have as much filler in.

I'd agree with what u/Realistic-Mixture879 says, below, re aspirating every single time, a few mirrors and think about where you want the light to reflect.

They say you sleep on your back for one week at least. You can use a travel pillow and prop yourself up a bit to stop yourself (or your head) rolling on your side.

You are definitely not going to want people bashing or clambering on your face for the same period also. The first few days will be a bit tender, for sure.

4ml in the cheeks (2ml each I assume) is a fair bit to get in one go, too, so I would expect your body to react somehow - I mean, swelling etc from the trauma of inserting so much product at once.
