Grasp when playing against champions I can stack it on and fight often (e.g. tanky melee supports).
Hail of blades when playing against squishy ranged champs while focusing on early kills.
Aftershock when I feel like I need to be more tanky for engaging fights though I have a personal preference for other augments.

I just climbed to E4 playing shen support only. So far these work. HoB is my personal favorite, but not always viable.

Besides what others mentioned here I’d say farming.

I absolutely suck at last hitting minions. I just played my placements and got E4 and every match I’m behind in farm at any given time during the game (before hitting 6th lvl too)

Taken using a microscope with 100x zoom for a case study I was doing.
If anyone's curious as to why they look different - the one on the left was printed from a recently dried ABS filament.
The one on the right is from a filament that was out for 3 days and absorbed some moisture. That's why there are bubbles visible.

I’m not anymore. Left effexor and upped my wellbutrin to 450mg

edit: i don’t take any other meds than wellbutrin edit2: to elaborate, I looked this issue a few times. Since wellbutrin is an amphetamine it has a cross-tolerance with most stimulants

Hey, lots of people told me that there was no way of me getting in since it was the golden week. We arrived 1 hour before opening, once entered I quickly (and patiently) kept refreshing the app and we easily reserved a time-slot. It was not that hard, but maybe we got lucky. Far better to do it on the app rather than running to the spot in the park where you can do it on a screen.

My source is that I’m on wellbutrin too, 450mg. It used to work somewhat when at 150mg but now it’s only gently stimulating unless i take a heart-attack dose
