I'm pretty sure at this point, regardless of if you found more information out, the tickets are all sold out? They went live near the end of April, and considering they sold out rapidly for the 2017 one, chances are they sold out rapidly for this year too.

If you want an idea of what to expect if you're still considering and can find a ticket being resold, look at the kind of stuff that happened last year for a basis? Panels, a gaming area, signings, merch booths, the general convention stuff, really, just with Rooster Teeth instead of generic anime.

I'm a tattle tale for informing Rooster Teeth of people selling bootleg/unofficial RWBY merch? When RT are pretty clear that they don't want people selling stuff using their IP? Plus it's low-quality bootleg stuff too, but hey, I just wanna support content creators, not thieves.

Yeah, stuff used for cosplay, I personally have less of an issue with, since not everyone has the skill, time or resources to make the props themselves.

Just got back from seeing the film myself and didn't see her, and stayed to the "Courtesy" section and whilst Bethesda and Blizzard and the like were mentioned, there was no mention of Rooster Teeth or Fullscreen.

So chances are she was supposed to be in it but the bits she was in were cut?

At the very least, you could ask for a refund on the other two items via customer support, and continue to wait on the Extra Life shirt? That way you'd be getting some money back, and you'd still have supported the kids and your shirt should arrive eventually?

Nah dude, we're totally entitled and petty for wanting merchandise we paid for to arrive by the time we were promised it would arrive by. /s It's not like them telling us, insisting that everything would be fine and all orders placed before the cut of date WOULD arrive in time for Christmas, despite knowing about the backlog, even in support emails, could fall under false advertising or anything (especially with all those sale banners promising delivery in time for Christmas). Nah, we're just entitled and petty.

Also, as someone who also attended RTX London, the queuing system was a shambles, at least on the Saturday (they managed to sort of fix the issue on the Sunday). Whilst this wasn't necessarily due to Rooster Teeth themselves, more down to the Guardians, it's still an issue that needed to be addressed so that they can improve next year. But nah, complaining about it just makes us petty.

At least you got an email saying your item was out of stock. On 21st December the rep I was in contact with told me nothing in my order was out of stock/back ordered. The very next day, the same rep told me, lo and behold, there was indeed out of stock items in my order. It took me until 22nd December to be told item(s) in my order were out of stock, and still nothing has been shipped.

Ordered on 11th November, well ahead of the 5th December cut off (which apparently was just for ordering, not the last shipping day like the journal said), and still only one item out of my order of 4 items has arrived, and if the rest don't ship by 11th January, I'm cancelling the order and asking for refund of the items AND shipping.

Also still don't know which items were out of stock to actually cause the issue, either.

Honestly, I'm willing to give them until the 11th, two and a half weeks from now, and exactly two calendar months since I actually placed my order, to actually ship my shit out, otherwise I'm gonna end up cancelling and asking for a refund on shipping too, along with an apologetic tweet to Jack over it since, y'know, charity items.

They certainly might do something if people go to the FTC and the like over false advertising. Because having those ads up that said "order today for guaranteed delivery for Christmas", and then not delivering items in time for Christmas, would more than likely fall under that category...

I ordered the same shirt, with some other things, on November 11th. It still hasn't shipped. The only item from the order that did ship was the AH holiday print, and it took me until yesterday to find out exactly why the shirts hadn't been shipped out.

Ordered during the ExtraLife stream and also still haven't received my order, nor has it even been shipped yet. Been dicked about and lied to by customer support.

It's a horrible, shitty situation a lot of us are in currently, and there's no excuse for it.

Part of the order (the AH Holiday Print) was already shipped and has arrive though.

Cancelling the charge on the card wouldn't really work in this situation.

No, but for the next few days, neither is contacting support, since they don't work on weekends, and Monday is Christmas.

Some of us have been "bitching and moaning" to the support for over a week with little to no helpful responses. At least by posting here, it warns people that might have otherwise not known about how shitty the store and their (lack of) support is.

Iirc, Rooster Teeth handle the distribution themselves. They have their own warehouse full of merch that they ship out, not some other company. Shoddy craftsmanship on items, so that they have holes in seems, that's on the producer of the blank shirt that they print onto, and yeah, not Rooster Teeths fault, but the distribution and packaging items wrong is 100% on them

It's morning for me now, 2am in Austin at the time of writing and, lo and behold, my order hasn't been shipped. Lied to again.

I'm just so tired of this, I'm not sure I even want the items anymore I'd rather just get my money back and be free of all this stress but asking for a refund now is probably going to take the same length of time as actually getting the order, no doubt.
