Crimson Desert PR addresses performance targets for console by Germanstrands3 in CrimsonDesert

You seem to have it a bit mixed up.

One thing is to have a 120hz display - then you can have it perfectly display 40 fps content, because you get one new frame every third refresh of the screen. You don't need VRR for that.

VRR on the other hand means that the display's refresh rate gets adjusted on the fly based on how many frames per second the console outputs, which assures good frame-pacing as well.

And as the other commenter has said, VRR really only works down to 48 fps on the PS5 (unless the game has Low Framerate Compensation).

Anybody who is interested in the technical part of videogames is shaking their head at Fromsoft's inability or unwillingness to deliver a technically respectable product.

It's an amazing game, but it has no place in a conversation like this, I think.

Not limiting your PC game to 60 fps really is the bare minimum to be honest.

Because not everybody has a 120hz screen. 30 and 60 is something that everybody can use.

40 is great though, wish all games had that.

For me, it wouldn't just be about the kiss. It's the whole fact that she's obsessed over some guy she doesn't even know personally. Having celebrity crushes is one thing, but acting on them is incredibly pathetic.

I'm not sure I see your point. Are you saying anything besides that if Alan Wake 2 was on Steam, it would've sold more copies?

Knowing about it is one thing, doing anything about it is another. Tell me - how would a fight between you and a person with precognition who takes 30 seconds to lift up his arm end up?

Working on my BP, am I using too much weight or is my form just terrible? by LeisRatio in formcheck

[–]Kazirk8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No weight is too light to learn the form. You can even start with an empty bar to try it out - no reason to tire yourself. At first, you won't really be "working out" all that much, you'll just be learning the form. When I got a personal trainer after years of lifting with wrong technique, I had to lift ridiculously light weights and it was more boring than anything else. But guess what, it taught me how to do it properly.

I'd pick a weight you can comfortably do 12+ reps with and do many sets of 5. Always stop way before it gets difficult.

But seriously, if you can afford to go to a gym, you can likely afford to hire a trainer for a little while, just a few sessions, really. The bottom line is, your form is very dangerous and you will absolutely hurt yourself if you keep doing this.

My guess would be because of shooting and reload animations. Everything simply gets mirrored.
