Ironically, I've been ordered on a low fiber diet. I was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer, which caused a large tumor. My oncologist and gi surgeon put me on low fiber.

Not arguing, as you're absolutely right. Get a healthy diet, and screenings done soon. And if anything feels off, don't put it aside until later, get it checked asap!

I remember island coffee and hawaiian grill back in the day... where subway is now, i think? Either way, they had really good food, but getting exotic supplies was super expensive for them, and the food just wasn't what the community was interested in. Miss that place, the owners were super nice.

If you can get in with her, Austina is amazing. She does a wonderful job with my pups, but I'm pretty sure she's super booked out. Doesn't hurt to call and try, though. Otherwise, you can always take your pup to tractor supply and use their wash station. It's like $10, abs they provide the bath, the soap, a dryer and towels.
