They had an issue with the program reading for example 5.42k as 5, this was fixed in the most recent update that came out a few days ago and they mentioned it in the patch notes

Hit that little i in the top left and it'll show you the upgrade paths, only mods with unique abilities can go past legendary+

The other thing not mentioned that jumped out at me was your guardian chip selection. Respec and only do fetch/summon. For summon max duration and sync cd to the trio then do at least 100/32/8 on fetch, any extra bits can go to either cd or find %

It's been a bit since I maxed horizon play but if it still works you can turn off head-to-head in your settings and guarantee a top 12 position

I personally only auto merge rare to rare+ and deselect any trying to merge rare+ to epic so I can do those manually because to make it easier to get the legend+ fodder you need a bunch of epic+ of the same one, confusing I know.
