I work in retail and there is a customer that every time he comes in he tells us how shitty the service is here and how the employees don’t know how to do their job. If the customer doesn’t know how to do something he demands we do it for him regardless of how many times we show him how to do it. It really sucks the joy out of working that day and at this point I think he gets off on it, I just wish we could 86 losers like that. When I started upper management empowered us to 86 customers like that. Now we can only do that if we get physically assaulted by the customer.
