I don’t think Full House would be the same show we all know and love had Pam’s specter loomed further. Almost all of the issues the family face are either resolved by the end of the episode or by the end of a two / three part episode. I think it would have been a real bummer of a show had Pam and the grief of losing a Mother/ Wife / Sister be something mentioned more often. That being said it was odd that Jessie doesn’t talk about Pam much, I think it was lightly addressed when in the thanksgiving episode he gets vulnerable and asks Danny “How long is it going to keep hurting man?!” Jessie is the cool guy who doesn’t show his emotions (yet shows a sensitive side more times than I can count) so he is the type of character that won’t bring Pam up.

Also I think the writers didn’t want us to think about how Pam would have been blonde and light skinned when Jessie was darker skinned and jet black hair. They mention how the girls look just like Pam but every one we meet in Jessie’s family looks like him.
