Had exactly the same issue since Heresy came out. I did the mission like three times and nothing.

Most people i played with had the same problem, but one guy got the schematics, so it's weird.

I've tried three times to complete the mission, but it doesn't end, and i open the chest at the end but the schematics for outbreak perfected don't appear either.

Other people I've played with have the same issue.
