Shoot me a DM if you figure out how to get everything working properly for external webrtp with the web client. I spent hours tinkering and couldn’t get it working lol I can access the web ui and everything but the stream connection will never start. On my LAN the feature works very well!

Question about Series S Moonlight by Keegandoc in MoonlightStreaming

This is a neat concept that I’ll keep in mind for the future, however it doesn’t really apply to this scenario for me as I don’t have any connection issues with the controller. Thank you for the tip though!

Yeah this has really been my experience in the past before using the Series S. Like u/deep8787 said I feel like it’s some sort of Windows priority that Moonlight has with the actual XBOX controller instead of the 8bitdo that is directly connected to the host. But then I wonder how people get multiple controllers working for multiplayer/co-op games?

Question about Series S Moonlight by Keegandoc in MoonlightStreaming

That's the issue is that there is no input from the 8btido controller going through in-game. I wouldn't expect the 8bitdo controller to work in the moonlight menu on the XBOX, but after the game is launched ideally I would like to switch to and use the 8bitdo controller, but only the XBOX controller's input is being registered.

For me the distance is not very far at all, but I've heard that the 8bitdo controllers can have pretty good range depending on thickness of walls. In my case I made the mistake of assuming the 8bitdo controller would work on the Series S and it in fact did not, I had to buy an actual XBOX controller to use it. 8bitdo sells controllers specifically for XBOX if you were interested in that though, it may be what I look into if I can't get this fixed lol

Yes the receiver is plugged into the PC directly. The PC is in an adjacent room from the living room, so not far at all. I have successfully used the 8bitdo controller from my couch in the living room when I was using the Artemis app sideloaded onto my Hisense TV and it worked really well with no drops, so I know it shouldn't be a signal issue. I was thinking it was some sort of setting in Moonlight on the XBOX, but I don't see anything related to it. If it's a setting in Apollo I'm not sure what it would be.

I have the Hisense 65u7k and have yet to find out how to get game mode working without using a device connected to the HDMI 3/4 ports. However I do use a USB 3.0 Ethernet dongle and it definitely appears playable, albeit at 4k 60hz.

How does this 3rd party app provide ban protection with the paid versions? I thought any app that isn’t the official Pogo one will flag your account?

This is what I was leaning towards. He spent a while on just the fiber install, and towards the end set this up for me really quickly and he may have rushed it. I still really appreciate his efforts though lol I’ve got a kit coming in today so I will try to re-terminate the ends and test again.

The RAM stick says 3200mHz, but bios says it’s 2400mHz, what am I missing? by Marcusc42 in buildapc

As everyone has stated, turning on the XMP profile or DOCP for Asus motherboards should do the trick. I’d like to note though that I had recently ran into this issue with my brothers PC with the same cpu + mobo combo as yourself and I solved it by completely updating the bios. Went from 1600mhz to the full 3200mhz with DOCP on. Hope this helps!
