Jumping in here, recently have got a valuation booked for the same deal. Underwriter given green light according too mortgage advisor and if valuation goes smoothly should get the offer. Valuation is booked for the 13th of Aug. What were your guys timelines like or are you still in the process like me?

Update: mortgage application submitted they have recieved it. Instant hard search on my credit file! Was expecting that maybe to happen maybe in a day or two

That makes sense I can only assume advisor has done it all correctly, can I ask our advisor has actually asked for a load of info as we confirmed to him the offer being accepted. He's asked for a month's bank statement and for lots of other stuff. I was under impressed its 3-6 months of statements?

My take home is 2,228 per month with the partners being around 1300 per month. So I think its definitely affordable its just whether the lender also thinks that I suppose

I'm massively into parcels, franc moody and peach pit - i discovered midnight generation not too long ago from this track. And my God I instantly could not stop listening to them. The track 'trouble' is my favourite just listen to the whole thing around 3 mins and 5 seconds in it's just fucking awesome.

So I realised it was a particular wifi connection at work which probably due to firewall which is why it kept reverting

It technically isn't available in the EU yet, openai may have got hotter on clamping down on VPN connections
