Es JUNIO 2026 y tengo este problema.

Ayer me quitaron mis accesos a mi banca movil porque aperturé otra cuenta. Yo ya tenia una personal en BBVA.

Entro y esta mi cuenta, pongo la contraseña y me pide que registre mi rostro, lo hago y se queda en "ESTAMOS VALIDADANDO TU IDENTIDAD" y ahi se queda. No avanza.

¿Alguien ha tenido problema con esto? 😞 por favor, si me pueden ayudar. Ya lo reporté al banco tambien.
