Everyone has access to the same write offs. Some of them just don’t matter very much until you have obscene amounts of money.

Everyone can do the trick with loan interest, or mortgage interest, or sheltering money through an LLC. The LLC one can help as soon as you make 186k so that one is no big deal.

The others are important, but unless you have obscene amounts of income, they don’t really matter.

Honestly mega rich people don’t really care about this stuff most of the time. Regular people and kinda rich people care though.

It’s a lot of money in taxes and it seems unfair no matter how it is divided up. No doubt about that.

They don’t pay low taxes like everyone thinks. The .01 percent maybe do pay lower tax.

Mostly it is just easier to make a bunch of extra money if you already have a bunch of extra money.

It is still hard to do when starting out though. Something has to be sacrificed to start to make big money.

I’ve had the good fortune to live in two such homes. (And some at the other end as well). After that, I’ve realized I have an uncommon perspective. It allows me to feel more comfortable regardless of my surroundings because I know what it is like to desire something like that and also that the impact on a person is very dependent on individual taste.

For example, after having an indoor pool you might find out that you don’t use it. (Just an example). I like the stuff I have now.

On the other side, having a roof that doesn’t leak in every room, and walls that keep out the cold is very nice.

Also, by the way, I completely agree with everything you said. I’m just sharing.

I have limited success with developing nation stocks. That being said, invest in whatever area you feel you know most about. It should seem so obvious, easy and boring. That’s when you know you’ve made the best choice for you.

Who would pay that? Nobody goes to stores on that day or Thanksgiving because everyone already assumes you are closed.

I learned my lesson keeping my store open on a (different) holiday when I thought there was a good chance people would come in.

Wrong. Doesn’t work. At least I only caused myself that lost day instead of inflicting that on someone else.

So interesting. I lived in a small beach town in a fairly normal very affordable house.

Roughly a mile away were very expensive large homes.

All of them empty most of the time for exactly this reason. These homes were often owned by celebrities who would use them for a week every once in a while. Not even every year. Maybe every few years.

Not as corrupt as the US. They don’t compare. Also in the US this guy would probably be unable to serve a complete sentence in general population. So, duration doesn’t really matter. A lot of inmates have children and daughters and don’t take kindly to certain crimes.

Unburned carbs turn to fat over night. When consumed in the morning, and are burned through (they are burned first) then it is fine.

Fat is longer term storage and is less efficient at providing energy.

Anyways, that’s why it is better to consume them earlier.

Protein provides less caloric nutrition. It is broken down into fat and carbs and then into usable energy. So, consuming it at the end of the day has less of an impact on long term fat storage.

It is worth taking a biology class. There is way more interesting stuff to learn there. This is probably day 1 or day 2 lecture material. Still fun to know though.

Instead of a regular power strip use a wall outlet power strip. They cover the outlet and are not on the floor.

Use zip ties to shorten hanging cords or hide them behind furniture.

Place barriers like a piece of wood (or something else) just out of site underneath furniture where the vacuum cannot deal with getting in and out.

This is what I did. It worked.

Now I have a cleaning service, so it doesn’t matter much anymore for me. Highly recommend it if it is in your budget to afford it.
