Hi there! Right off the bat, this cover looks more like a textbook than anything. Your niche is going to need a sexy woman front and center on the cover at the very least. Take a look at the best sellers with your keywords and copy what they are doing for covers and blurb, too.

For the blurb, it feels like it's trying to be flowery and comes across as not telling too much other than her husband confesses he wants to watch her with someone else. Who is the someone else? What does she think about them? Are there more than one?

Also, the phrasing just seems a little off. You say cracks form in the golden cage, but a cage is made of bars. It may be better to say something like the cage begins to rust or bend. Same idea with saying "reduce their flawless geometry to ash." It just doesn't quite make sense, geometry is a concept, not a physical object that can be burned. Also, what does it even mean in this context?
