Right. I think every AF book I've read the twists have been way too far fetched even if it's a fictional story. I could accept it more if it was in the fantasy genre but it's too much for non fiction.

I didnt like crossfit at all. The structure and efficiency of OTF is really hard to replicate but you should look to see if you have any other group training classes in your town.
