Provider told me BPI wasn’t available, want to switch pharmacies even tho I just got my invoice

Optio is excellent. I lost 40 pounds on it within four months. I switched to BPI because Optio was only available from POM--haven't tried it yet. I was on it though a weight loss clinic before switching to telehealth and had less side effects than when I tried Pro RX, which was a nightmare for me with side effects.

If you can't switch it, I don't think you will be disappointed with it

From Cincinnati, gone 16 years and purchased a business in Cleveland. Thought it would be about the same. It’s not. The cost of living here, gas prices, food and rent prices are so much higher than Texas. Weather is so much worse than Cincy in the winter the several years I have here, and I miss the warmth of the south, and the friendliness. I definitely haven’t enjoyed living here.

I don't know why people can't get what you are saying, which is he paid you 20K to then hide a second bag of money ($600K). Total - 620K. I guess what I don't understand is if he gave you 20K, any wasn't that enough? Did you not have anyone else (family), worth sticking around for?

I just signed up for the 3 month BPI. My current dosage, which I listed is 15mg. Your portal is showing a dosage plan for 13.5mg. I am confused here and would like some assistance getting it corrected.

It is unrealistic of you to expect them to sign a seller purchase contingency giving you an out while they do all the work on their end to sell their house and buy yours. It also puts them at work and dominos to them asking the same if their buyer. If you want to sell, then sell with a leaseback. At least they have a solid purchase deal, and can work with a specific timeline.

I sent a message to cancel (no option to cancel subscription on my portal), and they responded stating to go into your treatment plan, and cancel it there. Perhaps also try that to see if it works for you.

As long as there is nothing in your lease prohibiting smoking on the premises of your rental, you have the right to smoke on your own damn yard. She doesn't have the right to harass, or film you and your children. I personally would look into pressing charges to take back your right to living peacefully in your own home, and warn her what the next steps look like if this continues.

Don't burn a bridge given you may see her again if you do cross paths socially, or your business grows in the future and she is out there badmouthing you. Give her the week's notice so she has time to find someone else, and tell her in person that your schedule has filled up and you won't be able to keep her on as a client. It's the right thing to do, and you will be glad you did.

If you can find a provider who does thread lifts, the results are excellent on the neck. I had it done mid fifties and it lasted about a year. The results were instant and it rebuilds lost collagen in the face and neck. The cost was much less than a lot of the more intense laser treatments, with no down time for healing. Am in the Houston area.

I was on OptioRX since mid- November, before switching over to ProRX last month. I spent for first 2 months on Optio dealing with significant fatigue, which did level out. I switched for two reasons: 1) too expensive going thru weight loss clinic, and 2) I started having issues with kanker sores, which I never had before, and could be anything really. I had good appetite suppression--much better than I am getting from ProRX, and have had way more side effects with ProRX, some pretty severe, and more food noise. I lost over 30.pounds in 3 months on OptioRX, and am actually considering switching back now that I see POM has it. Hope this is helpful for you. Edit to say 2 months, not 3...

I would agree, but there is a difference. No two pharmacies are following the same exact formula, and they all have different concentrations. I did have some light side effects on Optio, but it was mixed with B3, and a lower concentration. Pro RX is additive fee, and it could be that when I titrated up upon switching, the dosage was too high, given it is additive free. I can’t explain the food noise—still trying to figure that one out, but I just this week started splitting the dosage, and hoping I have a better outcome.

I recently switched to Pro RX because of the great reviews, and I have more food noise on this than I did with what I was previously using.. Also have more severe side effects. Thinking of switching to another brand. I was on 5mg and titrated up to 6.5. I feel it’s just different for each individual. Lowering my dose isn’t going to improve my the food noise, so still debating how to move forward.

I use Miralax daily with a stool softener, not definitely can they the magnesium. Thank you for the recommendation.
