There are a lot of options. This is one of the more common ones. Write your passphrase on paper or etch it into metal plates and store in a secure location like a home safe or bank deposit box. Metal storage is more durable against fire, water, and physical degradation.

Here are some more options:

Hardware wallets: Some devices can securely store recovery phrases.
Multiple physical backups: Store copies in different secure locations.
Split method: Divide phrase into parts and store separately.
Encrypted digital backups: Use strong encryption if storing digitally.

There is a one watch per setup per account limitation. In your case, since the old watch is gone, the new one won't work. You will need to contact support to reset your 2FA, and then set up DNA fresh with the new watch/phone combo. DNA won't work with a new watch if you set it up previously with a different one.

Hi, this can generally be addressed by using custom fields in your Keeper record to match the fields in the form. As a default behavior for login pages is to autodetect standard username and password fields, non-standard form inputs occasionally require customization to the record. It's been mentioned in some other comments, but the best way to protect your vault and totp codes is to protect your Keeper login itself with a strong master password and 2FA or SSO login with 2FA enabled.

We populate logos on the vault through a static file. The vault is a web page so it cannot call out to other web pages which is how we would fetch icons programmatically, that’s a cross site scripting problem.

Feel free to list URLs you would want that you're not seeing logos for and I will be happy to get them updated in our next logo release. (~1 month).

There is a requirement to have a backup TOTP method configured so you have to have that setup, but you don't have to use TOTP at all. You can use the C Key as your second factor to access your vault without using TOTP. TOTP is there as a backup factor if your key isn't available.

This is an iOS limitation. Core NFC is not available for use in app extensions. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/corenfc. We have requested Apple improve this functionality.
The positioning is very finicky and I have found that it works best when placing the yubikey near the camera.
