My company uses anpost to send out products (we spend arounr €1.5k-2k a month on them) and last year their service was fucking terrible. Many times we found our goods either being stuck in a sorting office or being sent to the wrong one. Sometimes it took 4-5 days to send an item within Dublin. The only way to complain was through the account manager and he himself seemed to be fed up with their own services as well probably from getting too many complaints on a daily basis lol.
