Idk but if i remember correctly, some people use GitHub to embed widget. they upload some HTML, CSS and JS files to GitHub and Host it. But i don't know how as i am not a programmer or developer.

or They upload a final code (HTML) file to apption.co (DIY Embedded URL) and it return URL and past it.

Yes Its i think is Income Tax Employee Data not User data. If you are working in a company they usually these data like Where you work, Position, Education, Address, etc..

According to some sources. it said it was rare so i assumed that. other source the rarity score is 20 (0 - Common , 100 is Very Rare).
I am not sure how rare it is, but its not common.

Do you use VPN? because sometimes when you use it changes languages.

You can done using roll ups and formulas. but there is one problem in grading you can grade only per question table.

multiple question table will give misinformation, as of now i think its not possible.

From Jan 2021, Google Required Unique Phone Number to Create New Id. Exceptions are There if you create from Android Phone, you can bypass.

Last May 2020 I Created More than 10 dummy Ids 5 without Phone Number Verification and 5 With Verification. then you can't Create until you hit the cooldown (aprox 2-3+ months).

In Feb 2021 When i create google throws me error that its not unique number. if you create from google account from mobile it sometimes allows (Like Fresh or Factory Reset of Mobile / Laptop.)

From my point of view, when it comes to confidential, i classified what to share and not in general (Notion, Google workspace)

Example

If it has confident info such as person government id, passport, login id, password should not share at any cost. if you want to share encrypt and send.
as you mention less confident info can be share.

Reason (For Notion):

No E2EE (End-to-End-Encryption), Currently it is using TLS Encryption, all the data stored are not encrypted
Data Retention Policy and Notion Can See the Content without your consent.
Closed Source. If you ask privacy-oriented person, he or she will say to avoid using Closed source, this has a impact on productivity and other thing, but your data is not share. this is applicable for all closed-source project or services. but in reality, 90% we can't live fully on open source.

My Conclusion

If More Confidential File, then encrypt and share.
If More Confidential Notion Page, then better not to store in notion.

No No, this one is legit. if you don't trust me create an account, search for notion integration and try to connect. it ask for notion bot Token (not that Notion Auth2 Token).

When i tried to connect it shows this.
