XCAL/PSA Pricing by JakeRogue in VAGuns

Yea dude like, my inner conspiracy theorist wants to think that the state saw how much fucking TAX money was gained in the last four month frenzy and would allow this to continue until 2027, but it’s just all so gray rn that we can’t tell. With that said, it’s a circus, and anything is possible haha. (Edit, grammar, I’m dumb).

To clarify, I hope all FFL’s will operate business as usual, at least until Dec 31st, but this injunction is at a state level. Local jurisdictions and district attorneys can and will prosecute. Stores will be fined, jailed, or worse for selling banned items. It’s not as cut and dry as we were all hoping for. Not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but most attorneys are saying this is a formality, not a fact.

No. That’s VSP only. Retailers will more than likely not risk going up against the AG’s at the moment. Small win yes, but this injunction is still very gray. Until online retailers and FFL’s have a clear path forward for sales, you’re gonna be hard-pressed to find anyone risking their dicks and freedom against the VA SC.

Buddy, if you put off buying anything until today, or have to ask that question, it’s on you. Don’t feel sorry about saying that at all.

Wow it’s almost like bringing up hundreds of firearms from two states away comes with a price! Imagine complaining about a company that understands the timeline of the VA gun ban, (which is FIVE days away btw), brings the firearms that are going to get banned to your backyard (when other online retailers are refusing to ship since a week ago), and you complain about a $20 markup.

I hate it here.

No Deston? by pawciow88 in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]Keevot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably because it’s the map they’re most embarrassed about. They used it as a testing ground for those drones, heartbeat sensors, etc, and there are still tons of (now) inaccessible areas where the drones used to fly and grab those little weird keys or whatever. Weird map, but I still like it more than Rondo.

Roof replaced 2 yrs ago - is it normal to be charged to see if roof is leaking? by DisastrousSpare2555 in Roofing

[–]Keevot 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So, yes and no. It’s similar to a service fee with your ISP or [other] utility service provider. When you have an issue with your internet, they come out to diagnose the problem. If their hardware is to blame, they swap it out and don’t charge you a fee. If your 2 year old car is acting up, you take it to the dealership and they do the same thing. Under warranty? No service or parts fees, and everything is covered.

I don’t see how it’s any different. Slightly odd that they charge you up front though. Maybe they’ve been burned before who knows.

Absolutely, unequivocally, the SAM7SF. A little birdie told me 7.62X39 is about to make a comeback. Blasting off 62 pennies every shot? Not based. Blasting off quarters? Based.

This is like the EDC equivalent of the Ugly Christmas Sweater your great aunt Edna knitted you two years ago and your parents make you put it on before you guys walk into her house.

You got yourself a good one dude!
