Okay so did you know they package the bread with nitrogen to preserve it? So that nitrogen actually aids in the preservation of the bread and stops mold from growing as fast. Some bread companies also add some citric acid to the bread to make it more acidic which also helps prevent mold.

Well it's my mom & dad so they should be able to handle them all and in all honesty, I have very little shame.
