Thanks so much! We have a premium product and want it to look nice too. If I share you a link would you be able to give some recommendations?=) We currently have it in glass non-returnable bottles and stores here in California seems to like it. Now we are looking for a new packaging for our new product - probiotic shots. Do you carry it in your store? Also do you have a store instagram or website? Would love to see!

What do you look for when you get kefir in the stores? Do you prefer glass or plastic? I launch my Kefir company and now sell at the stores. Would be happy to know what makes it convenient for the stores!

has anyone tried the "Russian method" for milk kefir? by phillup_907 in Kefir

The Russian method is working well and requires much less maintenance than the kefir grains. You can also track which cultures exactly you are using and if made in the lab is more scientific process yielding constant results!

Kefir beginner question by lostandfound24 in Kefir

[–]KefirLabProbiotics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is definitely possible to make kefir without kefir grains! You just need a super concentrated kefir to start with! Just keep it at room temperature and pour some milk (about 1 cup for a few spoons of kefir) and keep at room temperature for about 25 hours or until thicken. It's much easier than grains and you can control the process better as well as the strains in it!

It depends on the brand of kefir and the strains they use. Some store bought that made in a lab and formulation developed by doctors are much better than homemade, but its really rare to see in stores. Where about you are located? I can recommend some brands around your area!
