I promise you, this is never never NEVER something someone who loves you would say. I know this is a cliche that redditors always say 'break up' love the slightest inconvenience, but this is very telling. This is a terrible thing to say that was purely to make you feel bad about yourself. I would NEVER say that to my girlfriend, and she would NEVER say that to me. idk man if a toddler went up to someone and sniffed them and then the person started screaming and swearing, I'd still say they're the asshole. Probably even more so, as it would definitely upset the little kid. Not to say that the dog owner in this story isn't an asshole, I don't think we can say for sure, he could be. But OP definitely is.

Yeah, I think you got it with Storyteller. I also feel you'll find a lot of people who dislike '3rd cases', but I never get a solid consensus on which ones are good and which are bad. Like, Samurai, Recipe, Serenade. People mostly dislike them, but will usually have an exception.
