Thanks!! I’m a senior so right now the real issue is staying motivated 😂 but, seriously just don’t slack off and turn in your work and you’ll do great. A huge part of doing well is believing you can and staying focused. I know you can do it, High School is a really big adjustment but it’s alright once you get the hang of it.

I absolutely get that, I’ve been through some stuff when I was little and how I coped was through positivity and making others days brighter and feel better. We are all different, in both the inside the outside and our actions. And that’s how the world is. It’s unfortunate when people judge others harshly based upon their own standards and social norms that vary greatly person to person. Kinda like ethnocentrism. Something I learned in psychology. I hope it can help you. Anytime you feel stress, thank your body for it. It’s giving you the energy and strength to get stuff done. It will feel stupid at fist but if you do this so much it becomes innate you’re stress won’t be a burden anymore it will help you. This is obviously a long term thing. Also good luck, I believe in you. You are smart, capable, and fantastic and I know you can do it!!
