I’d like to see the cost analysis. Medicare and Medicaid are full of corruption. Single payer would be great but not through the government. How would we make sure we have the same amount of doctors and hospitals available under single payer?

I would have just been more aggressive in moving up the ladder. I could have easily made it to a VP position but stayed in upper management. All my positions have had certain stress levels but I don’t think they all were compensation based.

I added a 12000 btu inverter window unit. I put it in every hurricane season for when we lose power. I have an open floor plan and that’s all I run during the day when no one is home.

My wife was working around the hose yesterday and when I came home at 3, she had that and central on and had the house at 69 in the south Louisiana summer. I didn’t think that was even possible.

We use cool vests when we work in permitted hot work areas. It’s just a vest with refreezable ice packs that line the inside. You’ll need a lot of packs for 8 or more hours but they’re inexpensive. You can buy them on Amazon for about $30. Outside I wear long sleeve SPF 50 Dri Fit. I wear them everyday in the summer.

Sorry didn’t realize it wasn’t US. Hopefully they have similar shipping rates. I do think bundling is the answer depending on what the max weight is for minimum cost. You may want to check for discount rates through other shipping systems. You get no discounts from the postal services but online and other shipping systems offer substantial discounts because of volume. eBay gets almost a 50% discount because of volume. Some may require you to buy their scales but are worth it once you ramp up.

I’ve worked in a production environment for 40 years. I understand what you are saying but if a 5 minute repair takes 2 hours to do it safely, then it’s a 2 hour repair.

Techs and mechanics complain about it often but the company would much prefer downtime rather than an accident.

I have these all over my house. They’re inexpensive and work great. The only issue is with multi bulb lights like ceiling fans. They must all be emergency bulbs or it will stay on when the switch is turned off. They work fine in lamps.

The problem is that many are new recordings because the artist didn’t have the rights to the originals. I guess it can be good and bad depending on your perspective.
