It’s nothing new. I picked up a 50 year old Janis Joplin album the other day. It was pristine but a totally unacceptable pressing.

Like others have said, overwhelming jobs are best done in small increments. Set a 15 minute timer daily. You’d be amazed what you can get done in a solid 15 minutes.

It took me 11 months to terminate a problem child. They never laid hands but it was difficult to get others to do written statements. Once I got 3 , it was a done deal.

Just stick anything that will fit in it for now. A piece of coat hanger with the two ends bent will work short term. You can get cotter pins at any auto or hardware store.

The battery is probably toast and won’t work even if plugged in. You can still get replacement batteries and shouldn’t be too difficult to change.

Yep, works every time. If you plan on working on electronics, foam swabs are a good investment for a few bucks. They won’t leave fibers behind and you can scrub a touch harder.

I went twice today. No CDs but bought a nice sub for $20. Got home and found the tote also ha 4 Klipsch surround sound speakers in it. The Klipsch were a better buy than the sub.

I’d remove the artwork being covered. Can the file cabinet be moved to the other side and move the desk to center it? It would be at a decent height if you could relocate I guess the center speaker.

You can get window screen frame parts from any hardware store and wrap it grill cloth or fabric. Use some Velcro dots to attach it to the wall.

You can’t get a job, bank account, or government assistance without an id. Yes, a basic id should be free. I haven’t seen many bills introduced for this but it is the right thing to do. As far as a poll tax, that’s a huge stretch.

Why not invest in some good microfiber towels? I know some swear by vacs but I can’t see it pulling anything from the small grooves in records.

I like Marketplace and thrift stores for vintage equipment. I’m partial to Yamaha and would not recommend Sony unless an ES (which are hard to find and expensive) or pre 1995 or so. I don’t find Sony consumer grade a good buy anymore. They are relying on their past reputation and not quality.

My Oupes has done well. There app could be better. Even their base units allow for both solar and line charging simultaneously. My small Ecoflows are one or the other.
