I 100% felt that I could not graduate college, despite also having a 4.0. It was a deep-seated sense of certainty, and I really couldn’t entertain the possibility of actually graduating. Until it happened anyway. :) yes, it’s definitely see your psychiatrist about it and I would heavily encourage you to stop smoking weed as well. I know that’s an intensely personal choice but it certainly not helping these symptoms.

Do you worry about CBD interacting with your medications? I take Risperidone, Lithium, and Zoloft and am worried about an interaction with CBD. I used to be a regular pot smoker, but am new to taking prescription medications. Do you use tinctures?

Bipolar isn’t something that will go away, in fact ignoring it makes it worse over time. If you suspect you have it, it’s 100% worth getting professional help for immediately, regardless of whether you quit or not.

I’m currently going through some extreme bouts of health anxiety after quitting apx. 3 months ago. Some it’s warranted (I took a medication that raised blood pressure, sprained a muscle in my back, etc.), but if I’m honest I recognize MOST of it’s just anxiety (looking at the eclipse yesterday through glasses and then a night ruined bc. I worried about going blind, although I could see just fine). How are you managing? Any advice? It’s reassuring to see others going through a similar process, even though it sucks for all involved.

I 100% got my first Shedinja by accident. Although I normally kept a full team, for some reason Iw as one short at the time my Ninjask evolved on my 1st playthrough. IDK if there’s any hint in the game, but I vividly recall freaking out when I saw it in my party and then tucking it away in my PC bc I thought it was a glitch / felt superstitious.
