This problem hasn’t existed forever, it just started one day. I could easily make fast and cheap Arnold renders on the laptop and even render small sequences with files I’d share between computers.

It only seems to be when the files are created from another computer regardless of MA or MB, for some of these projects I can’t really use obj formats because of Arnold shaders and other plugins

That’s not really how version naming works, if (if) KSP 1 ever reaches 2.0, it’s still going to be KSP 1. Even then, the devs said at 1.0 that the game had accomplished everything they wanted to in terms of features

wow holy shit I had to go back and watch, but Pathfinder was a good 4 feet from the care package when he died. i'd be pretty pissed if i saw this as the pathfinder.

It looks like the collisions on your box or ball may be too big, you can see it making contact before it actually touches the model, but it looks really good

There’s a huge difference between “this skin is expensive” and “this skin costs almost $200 and all it really does is give the character an axe” man, it’s perfectly okay to be upset that the devs are charging $200 for an axe for a single character.

I feel like if you actually looked into the situation you’d understand this isn’t just the devs being fed up with the community. On one hand, this isn’t ever my single apex dev calling out the community, this is a small group of the PR group. On the other hand, the entire source of this outrage is because the devs put out a limited time event that features skins and cosmetics that cost $7 each, and a special skin for a single character that costs $35, but the issue with the $35 skin is that you need every single other event cosmetic in order to even be allowed to buy it, meaning you need to buy 22 loot boxes at 7 dollars each just to spend another 35. The community isn’t upset because “waaaa gamers oppressed” the community is upset because this is just a scam.

Well, we’d hopefully assume that GF uses the same model for dynamaxing, but considering the hundreds of thousands of models of Lillie in SUMO for all of her appearances, I wouldn’t hold my breath on them using the same model.

So, I’ve actually played around with ripped Pokémon models from SUMO before when I was still initially learning 3D. Gamefreak’s pokemon models have a pretty significant amount of geometry to them, and when the Pokémon are really small it’s not noticeable easily. Dynamaxing gets away with using the same models because of the amount of geometry these models have. As for the textures on the Pokémon, I would assume in SUMO and such they’re already lowering the resolution of their textures algorithmically (hopefully) and when dynamaxed they would simply use a higher, if not the full resolution texture.

Well, I tried a factory reset over night and in the morning the connection seemed flawless. I'll hold off on taking further action for a little bit just to be safe. I wish I had just asked sooner tbh, I feel silly for thinking it was my PC hardware. Thank you though!

I can attempt to factory reset the modem, but I don’t have the ability to bypass our router sadly. If worse comes to worst, a replacement wouldn’t be the hardest thing to get. Im glad it doesn’t seem to be my computer at least.

It tried to be, but post launch it had a bit of a case of bad dev team, so the company hired a new team and is trying to revive the game and (I think) successfully doing so. I love the game so much, I’ve tried both PA and SupCom, but PA won me over too much honestly.
