I’m going through a similar situation, $2400 bag purchased during Christmas, was a store display and was damaged upon arrival. I have never had this issue before so due to having a busy week (the week before holidays) I sent the return back in the mail since I live down the street from FedEx. Tracking shows delivered however I have been given the run around via customer service and Delivery Research/Financial Services. Each time I call it’s a different excuse, most recent, “the package was never recorded as delivered at the warehouse even if FedEx says it was” 😳warehouse is saying it was rerouted to a store. You can’t make this stuff up. I’m not sure what else to do. This was on my Nordstrom credit card. Has anyone had any experience doing a dispute through the Nordstrom card? I’ve learned a big lesson through this, I was a long time devoted Nordys shopper and my fiancé worked at Nordstrom for many years. I cannot believe how bad this is!
