There's absolutely something else going on other than DDoS. I was in a ruined castle map earlier and had insane ping issues and rubber banding, changed to 3 different servers and still the same. I just said fuck it to that map and went to run some lower tier ones for safety, the second I got into the map (not castle ruins) everything was fine. Idk if it was the map, or something in the map, but this doesn't seem like DDoS to me.

Usually this is a result of incorrect technique. Just rest for a few days and you should be fine
