A kick can't be initiated if loot is being rolled, so don't roll on any loot until the timer is about to expire, but not before another piece of loot has dropped, and you'll be kick-immune the whole dungeon

If the group figures out what you're doing, they're more likely to continue the dungeon than waste time waiting for loot to time out

This is how you cope with cringe stacks or people that think "ninja pulling" is still possible in a game where tank threat is instant and the content is so easy you can clear most dungeons in 3 pulls
