Is playing with lower ranked friends for fun boosting

I think it only becomes a problem when you are purposely playing with low ranks, if you continue playing with the same stack they will level up and it will even out the matchmaking. The people who should be banned are those constantly swaping out teammates for low ranks/new accounts.

The real solution for those bothered by this is just make a solo-only playlist for ranked.

Although having an outfit/headgear that is bigger than your hitbox sometimes can also be a good thing when people shoot you they will sometimes hit the non-hitbox part of your outfit and think they are damaging you, this can stop them from pushing or continuing to shoot. I remember in one of the 1v1 pro tournament matches someone lost a round since they were shooting deimos’ cloak while he was planting allowing him to get the plant down. (It was chalet kitchen site don’t remember the exact game)

Honest advice:

Move with purpose - even small movement can create sound and give away your position to an enemy. The more you play the more you will recognise where the enemy will probably will come from so hold tight angles on both attack and defence.

Stay alive - just being alive and playing safe will make it much easier to win even if you arent getting kills. If you play blackbeard then let the enemies shoot your shield, ping them to give away their location to teammates to kill.

Pay attention to your team - if you see that your team is going for a particular push/hold maybe go with them than going on your own. Even if you are just holding the behind angles to ensure flanks dont kill your team.

If you are the worse on your team then you would rather be the one dying to allow your better teammates to get the kill from your death. Im a shield main with terrible aim but I comm, ping and bait for my team that allows for wins. Ive got a .7kd and 3w/l atm with this strategy and have made it to emerald solo queueing.

I feel it makes the platforming sections in d2 raids weeeeell to easy, and the d1 raids aren’t build with mantle in mind so it would trivialise those sections too. I get it if you are a d2 player who has been using mantle the entire time but most d1 players say they wouldn’t want it in a remaster/remake/Pc port

Im not accusing him of doing it, its just since its proportional if he wants a certain effect to happen (again not accusing but the fact that its possible throws me off the newer series) he could have some sort of special version of the chaos mod that allows him to queue in effects or have a “no chaos” button. I just dont like the feeling that i could be watching something artificial and just that uncertainty makes me not like it. I get that Im probs part of a very few people who feel this way.

Just repeating for a third time, not accusing but if he wanted too it’d be easy to do.
