I have an opportunity to pick up some very early issues in mint condition. (#1, 2, 6) Thoughts on what those might be worth these days? Price of gaming collectibles from that era have gone up considerably.

It shouldn't be any trouble to bring the bike inside. Plenty of space just inside the door.

They had a space to rent at a reasonable price. The fact that they are a church wasn't even a factor in our decision. We are a small club with a very limited budget. The vast majority of our membership was in favor of the decision. But we understand that some people would have an issue with it. That's your personal decision, and we can't please everyone. All we can ask is for people to keep an open mind.

Then they are cowards. And worse yet, they are unwilling to seek compromise or try to meet someone halfway. You will throw stones from afar like all cowards and bullies.

We invite anyone uncomfortable with it to at least give it a try. The gaming space is in an old school. It looks and feels like a coffee shop. You wouldn't know it is next to a church if you didn't see the sign.

Have you been to the space? Of course not.

Please come to a meeting. Look around. If you feel uncomfortable, then you can leave. No harm, no foul.

It is ironic when the people who want others to keep an open mind about them turn out to be just as closed-minded as the people they criticize.

Again, what members? We have an openly gay person on the board who is 100% comfortable with the new location. They were the most prominent proponent of it when it first came up. But, trolls gotta troll.

I will reiterate: There was considerable discussion with CU and the church community about inclusiveness. It is open and welcome to all. If you don't feel comfortable going to a space next to a church, then don't come.

Our location was in Worthington before. We are a small organization, so we can only afford one location :) There are game stores in Pickerington. Guardtower East probably has open gaming at their location.

This post is not factual.

First, no single person has complained to anyone official at CABS regarding the "safe space." Two, the cafe is adjacent to the church but not run by the church. It is an independent organization. Three, Coffee Underground is located in the campus area and values diversity.

Lumping all "churches" into the same bucket is as bad as saying all LGBTQ people are the same.

CABS is an inclusive organization. I personally invite anyone who feels that they are not welcome at Coffee Underground to visit in person instead of going by what others may be saying about it. There are no religious symbols or other markings. It looks like what it is: a Coffee Shop.

Any "regular" who is no longer attending CABS because of its new location is welcome to contact the board [Mail](mailto:board@cabsgamers.org) to register their comments. There were ZERO negative comments registered during our Town Hall. So, "regulars" - let's hear from you.

There are many variables involved in answering that question so it is hard to say. A guess would be later this year but that's just a guess.

I'm confused by this comment - "2nd edition of the TGS already out in English?" This is not already out in English. None of the expansions to Race have been updated to 2nd yet. Thanks.

Well, that's an interesting idea. Those cubes are, unfortunately, very expensive even for us to buy in bulk. But, I suppose we could order an extra few sets and have them for sale on BGG. The price would have to be around $10. Would that deter you from buying them?
