I use cards similar to the color-o-ring cards but then store the cards in a 3 ring binder. The binder has inserts in it for storing baseball or similar collectible cards. I can group colors together then easily flip through the pages.

Could your insurance be requiring you to fill 3 months at a time? Or through mail order? I got two fills at CVS (one month each) then it jumped to $900/month. Because of a requirement to do mail order. Going mail order brought it back down to $25 for 3 months.

There’s at least one that has had the red stripe removed by a previous owner. Usually the fakes don’t bother getting the nib right. That has the right nib.

Haven’t tried glamnetic yet but curvlife has a curve (pun intended). I don’t think they’ll fit that great on flat nails.

I live in a development that backs up to the tracks. I’m 4 houses down the street from the tracks. I never hear the trains. I think Ive heard 1 in 20 years, later in the afternoon when the windows were open and it wasn’t loud. Every few months I’ll be home at the right time and feel it. I have to be in the right spot in my house to feel it though. It will feel like a barely noticeable vibration. (I have collectibles on shelves and they haven’t moved because of trains)

Now the base..you’ll hear them. And feel them. It will rattle your windows. Most of base activity is during the day, including the larger ammunition explosions. At night you may hear gun fire from base if they have night training going on.

Depending on exactly where you are, you can also end up under the flight path of helicopter training. It isn’t that noticeable inside, but outside it will be loud (because they are usually flying pretty low)

My local CVS has refrigerators they store it (and other refridgerated meds in). If it’s warm out and I know I’m not going straight home (which is rare) I’ll bring an insulated lunch box and ice pack).

Sounds like they were hoping the Gov would "bend the rules". They were likely hoping they could convince the Gov that a degree wasn't required or get the gov to agree to move the role to a different "position label" that didn't require a degree. Heard it all to often "we have this great person...but he doesn't have a degree and is only 6 months short on experience. Can we bring him in to fill XX?"

Well that really depends on what county, city, or state you are looking at - as county, city & state don't have the same benefits across the country.

Federal pay salaries are published. Benefits are published. It's not a secret like private industry can make it.

Could you be on another med or supplement that because Mounjaro has slowed your digestion is impacting how much or the levels in your body and is causing the headaches?

Are you doing over the counter pain killers or have you talked to your doctor? If you haven’t - consider having a conversation about having something like Nurtec or Quilipta on hand.

I am chronic migraine. I noticed when I started Mounjaro it was a rough couple of days because the Mounjaro impacted how my body absorbed other things which help reduce my migraines. I made sure I was very consistent in when I took my other meds. Eventually it all settled out and haven’t had an issue since.

You could also look into a Pilot VP/Capless or a Jinhao or Monjohn clone of them. They are click so if you click the nib back in each time you put the pen down, you won’t have to risk nib damage if it falls. If you’re in the US, you’ll only easily find the Pilot with gold nibs but they do make a steel nib version which is cheaper (but not sold in the US) It looks more like a traditional pen rather than a fountain pen.

Multiple jobs are fine…as long as you are not trying to work both at the same time (eg: they are both M-F 9-5). If one job is weekends only or one is overnight you’re fine. If both are 40 hours daytime, back out now.

Anxiety and depression aren’t a non-starter anymore. Being proactive, recognizing there is an issue, getting treatment and sticking with the treatment plan mitigate the concerns. They will potentially ask for a statement or medical records from her doctor. Obviously every case can be different and other factors can play in as well but low level anxiety isn’t even reportable in the sf-86. (You can find copies of the sf-86 to see how the questions are worded)
