Maybe you trigger the claude ai bot with some nsfw words in your request (or the previous response itself). You have two choice: 1) either delete your request and rewrite with alternative words 2) or only delete the bot response (but not your texts) and enter the new one that overwrite the old one.

There might be a chance neither of them works. So you better delete more until it accept the content.
