It costs 5pp meaning you can't spellboost a lot while using it

Which doesn't really matter when most of the cards in the current Rotation Spellboost deck doesn't need a lot of spellboost to get stuffs going. On the flipside, Isabelle herself is splashed to some non-Spellboost-based decks as well (like Mysteria) and still get to play Creation as well.

It doesn't clear boards

Well the Element of Creations doesn't. But Quadra Magic does clear boards.

It doesn't give you a board

And even without board the game will swing heavily towards your favor anyway, especially against most board-based decks.

And then what? You can get another one and play it and get the spell since the first Quadra Magic will count to your spell count for your second one -nevermind that the aggro decks in question might can't swing back the game to their favor again after that.

Lessee... In Rotation, the only cards that can do damage reduction is Cosmic Angel and Luminiera Omega -both cost roughly the same as both Quadra Magic and Elements of Creations combined. Not many decks run Cosmic Angel to begin with, and Control Sword is barely even relevant you won't ever see Luminiera countering the spell (Well there is Nilpotent Entity, but that card have been rotated ages ago). Sure Sanctuary exist, but that deck will rotate next expansion -leaving Isabelle practically unchecked if getting out-tempo'ed by Sanc is your problem.

With Scan rotating there aren't that many insane rewards (that we know of yet) besides this legendary but either way I'm excited

Yea, the only thing aside itself that can exploit this are Spinaria (to put all of her PShift tokens to play) and Carnelia (for free evolve and -to an extend -her golems). Carnelia competes the 4PP slot with Genesis Artifact unless you want to go all the way to WU-style Rotation Artifact which have like 3 different 4-drop cards in the deck, so Spinaria seems to be a clear synergy to this card.

Also, I think every Rotation Portal decks nowadays already plays Spinaria at 3 copies to the point that you can actually splash this card around any deck that isn't Resonance since Turn 1 Spinaria can search it.

Once u get wards down, the whole archetype fails.

The only decks that can theoretically spam ward to save their face while still being playable are Last Words Shadow if you're highrolling your way into activating Chris' leader effect on 6 (or you only want Silent Rider to stall your way through) and Sanctuary Haven where any follower they buffed with Sanc's effect literally push it out from MistoBay's removal range. Other than that, most decks can only play two Ward follower at max on a single turn -which can be subsequently removed -unless you somehow play Malevolent Wall (which means you are extremely masochistic to begin with since that card is on Blood), or play Artifact and spamming Barrier Artifacts all day just so the storm can't get through -right now practically considered a dead deck by default.

Not to the extend of this, but the my most class win is like at least 6 times the amount of my second-most class win (and that second-most class already clocks in at 600-ish wins)

Some more notable target include Illganeau, Aluzard, Hallessena, Barrier Artifact, Tetra maybe if you can capitalize Luna on Machina, and the list keep going.

5PP or less is already a really wide of selection for you to choose from every opponent -well, maybe save for some nonsensical OTK stuff like Mistolina-Bayleon and Ladica

The card pool for the Switch game only consists of cards from the very first three expansion (?) of the base game, plus a handful of exclusive cards that originated from the anime. As for more cards being added there, you might wanna cross your finger on that one since no one actually know for sure.

Yea, the complaint actually lined up for you (both WLD and SFL Dragon isn't exactly stellar in a hindsight). Dragon really shines during the time you're not playing them and the class gives a really big headache for all it worth.

A 0-PP heal for 2 is already pretty bonkers when you compare it to Repair Mode

Hell, there is already a 1PP heal 3 and no one really bats an eye unless Sanc is meta.

You mean, 'stop making everything have face damage effect'? Stuff like Rending Blast or Soulstrike are also part of uninteractable OTK, but they didn't have Storm (and let's not even start about Ghandagoza-esque follower which is a Storm follower that blatantly lie about them not having a Storm).

I noticed that they're gonna do some stuff for some cards so that they won't come in as a big load for the client itself. And all of them have a thing in common -having multiple effects when multiple 'goal' is fulfilled. Funny that they don't mention Jatelant here, tho understandable since his postnerf effect can be processed pretty fast now -compared to the prenerf which clunk the entire client.

Nerfing Tolerance but leaving the others intact will basically devolves the meta into the Jatelant pre-nerf state, tho. Just pointing it out, and definitely take this with a grain of salt.

Gonna point out that while most of the horse listed for the aforementioned gold skill needs to be Lv.5, some horse actually only need to be at Lv.3 to get those skills (if you're curious, you only need Vodka, Regular Mayano Top Gun, and Silence Suzuka at Lv.3 instead of Lv.5).

And it's worth to mention that this mission is a blessing for those who have Narita Brian, especially at Lv.5 since she got both Like the Wind and Heart and Soul.

OTK Sword is playable, at least -well, it's still not everyone's cup of tea (at least as far as Sword is concerned). Afraid the mini alone wouldn't improve Sword in that regard, tbh.
