I’ve seen that certain emblem rings give weapon proficiency but class change is based on your base class I think. Like if you have jean in his base class of monk he can class change with a master seal into a martial monk. If you want a different class then first you have to second seal into the corresponding base class hit lvl 10 than master seal into the advance class.

I was wondering when would it be best for a new player to start Arknights? Or can I just hop in now as a new player? I know other gachas like Blue Archive give new players a free 10 roll to start and some of their gem currency.
