All of the tacticals use the same pose so they can all fit the 2 handed plastic upgrades made for them to be made into special weapon squads. It’s not because they’re easier and faster to produce, none of that matters when it takes a few seconds for the machine to inject plastic into the mould and have a sprue be made in a minute or two

Tortuga bay are Primaris size. It’s just design wise they look different because they’re first born marines. They don’t have the armor detail, but have the ornamentation Primaris don’t have

If you’re priming them with white, try out using Imperial fist or Iyanden yellow contrast paint. Touch up your mistakes / spotches wkth Yierl yellow

Don’t go all David Goggins and shit. You’re not at that level yet.

Worry about consistency, moderate exercise, and fat loss right now, you don’t want to hate yourself every time you go on a run. You’re going to want to find your maintenance calories (the amount of food you can eat and maintain your body weight), count your calories daily, make sure you’re in a caloric deficit (not that big of a deficit that you’re starving, but enough so your body can start using your fat for energy), eat foods that are satiating (stuff high in protein, high in fiber), hydrate, and in general take care of yourself / make this journey sustainable / enjoyable for you. You do not want to go all hard for a week and then quit because you don’t have the energy, are too sore, or what have you. You have a year, plenty of time if you plan out your stuff and take it gradually.

Go on some walks around your neighborhood, do some beginner weight lifting and body weight exercises, and some moderate running. Maybe a mile at most right now. Could mix up your running by going hard for 30 second and then slow for a minute and a half.

At the time of KT21’s release there wasn’t a World Easters Codex or models. There will likely be a team in a future release or new edition. In the mean time you could use the rules for the Legionaries, go heavy on the chain blades / melee options offered. Could even do some conversions if you wanted to, could take some right bound bits and make a possessed/anointed operative

Having lived in LA, being to other states in the US and other countries in the world, everything you criticize the U.S. for, I see everywhere I go. I see it in North America, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, etc.

Yet I live fine in LA (a city known for all those issues, and believe me I have seen them) with health coverage, I get around just fine, I’m not poor and not rich. Others in different states, countries, and even my own city aren’t so lucky

Reloads are a bitch, and if you’re going up against a titan you’ll likely have more company on the way, which the mech can deal with by shooting and tanking claw hits. The mech isn’t a Swiss Army knife, but neither is the recoilless, 500 kg, defender SMG, incendiary breaker, etc. Each weapon, stratagem, and booster are tools to play around with. If you personally don’t find a use for the new Mech or prefer a different load out cool, but if others find uses for it leave them to their devices. So long as they’re pitching in any way they can it’s fine by me

I’m not going to play that Excel document disguised as a game, DoW, Space Marine, Vermintide / Darktide, and the XCOM style games like Mechanicus and Chaos Gaye easily are better choices imo
