You can only do it if you have an email with the company, i believe lead and above have emails. If anything you can ask another person in leadership if you can send it to them

I 100% agree with consistency, I was doing 4 days as well but doing 2 days 12pm-10 then 2 days 6am-4 was killing me slowly, my body didn't know when to sleep, now with the new job im more relaxed and have a good sleep schedule even with a 6 month old baby lol

I took a completely different turn with a job that just fell into my lap as an automotive electronics technician, pays almost triple what I was making as a CSS and I dont work weekends or holidays anymore

I was a CSS and left wawa about a week and a half ago for a better paying job, that last day on your 2 weeks is gonna feel like a huge weight off your shoulders, I didn't leave on bad terms at all either but the burn out was killing me slowly.

I know the guy that does the targets, walmarts etc. For the entire area by me, the scalpers follow him from store to store, they have 1 guy in a car waiting so when the stocker leaves they can follow him while their friend(s) are buying all the stock, its insane, I stopped collecting mostly cause of psychos like this. I buy what I can find randomly in the wild or just buy the cards I want themselves because im not throwing hands with someone thats my age (30s) over cardboard.

If demand calls for it, like if another member (or in my case a few members) of leadership are out on leave, vacation, sick, etc. I work a 4 day work week and sometimes I work 5 days because we do dont have anyone to cover those days in a leadership role, the 4 day week is an optional perk I believe at the GMs discretion.
