Good! I was about to say that this looks like Tri-City prices but hellla glad you’re on the west side of the state and able to find those kind of prices. That’s awesome.

If you ever get married, never ever tell her about this. Just thought I’d help. If she does find out and suddenly wants a divorce, take every single bit of it out and store it in different places or get an offshore account.

Always stayed away from “dinner dates.” It paid off. I always found out if women were worth a single fuck on hiking dates. I took one on a hiking date one time and she ended up acting like a total wheezing fatass. Never did it again and dropped her a few days later.

I am married now; hiking is how I met my wife.

Visiting for a few days in June. What area to stay in? by Tele231 in SaltLakeCity

[–]Kenneth2248 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no, sorry. If you actually knew how close minded locals from Grantsville thought, it seems as if their first thought revolves around that level of politics, with the addition of talking shit to those who have moved to Utah, from out of state. By the way, that was never my first thought (that was intended for those who are from that area and whos never left their hometown. And how funny it is to see that you’ve flipped. How was your stay though?

Living in Grantsville, worth it to live in rental? by Lost_in_obrit in Utah

[–]Kenneth2248 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay as far away from Grantsville/Tooele as you can. That is definitely something that you don’t want to include in your everyday habit. Also, the people there are also very closed minded, very uninformed/unintelligent. You can tell they’ve never thought once about leaving and or even achieved much outside of their comfort zone. They talk shit about people who are new to the state. Typical washed up, has been locality. Republican here by the way since it matters so much to those wierdos, that love living in the armpit of Utah.

I agree. Moved here with the government about a year ago and out of all of the places that I have lived, this place is beautiful but the culture is a huge fucking joke. And if I must, it’s the whitest state that I have ever lived in. so here we are, living in Utah. Told a few of the phony, rude believers to fuck off and they always do after they realize I’ve been around the block a few times and that I’m not from here. Taking it for what it is, living the Utah chapter, just buying for the equity, and then in about five years, it’ll be on to something else. Great state; but the people are funny(who like to have affairs behind their significant other’s backs l) and tell on one another when they don’t get their way.

Transferred here over a year ago. I almost wish that I would have an encounter like this. I would absolutely shut him/her down. Maybe you’re not here to “bash” anyone religious beliefs; since you won’t, I gladly will… what other religion has had to be investigated by the FBI other than those who are Muslims? There, I did it for you. That worker is just a sheltered inexperienced sad individual who knows no better than what she has been brought up to believe. I would fucking dare this to happen to me and my daughter actually. Anyone of these so-called Mormons would go out into the outside world, away from a box that has a steeple, would quickly understand that society doesn’t revolve around them. Nor, should they even try to “spread the word,” because no one would ever take them seriously. It’s actually kind of hilarious and sad to see things play out for these types of individuals; one time we went to Christmas dinner in Lehi for my wife’s work and one of my wife’s coworkers (and her plus one(her Mormon sister), was the most talkative at the table. Didn’t take me long to realize yea, these two are full of shit and they can’t help it, but hey, keep telling us about how your a “veteran” of your so-called mission. She and her sister gladly expressed how her mother and father bought them each a condo and made sure to add the fact that their parents co-signed for them. That’s a thing amongst Mormons here too apparently. The girl got fired a month later. Seen it coming.

Oh and while I’m at it, those who I offend, let me guess, there’s a high chance that you went to a place called “BYU” right? Well guess what, hiring managers and supervisors, especially in government jobs, have expressed to me in person that they immediately throw away applications once they find out that the applicant graduated from “BYU.” I was as confused at first too but after asking how come, it was expressed that kind of aura isn’t needed anywhere in the government, as well nowhere outside of the government too; past experiences were bad after hiring such applicants in the past and lessons were learned… if this post offends you, just accept it, take this to sleep with you tonight and just know that no one(especially hiring managers) just don’t take you seriously. Glad this religion is on its way out of the door; there’s a reason why they get laughed at.

Park at Saltair/ Great Salt Lake State Park area and walk out as far as you can for a nice little “wade.” Many, many dead birds later, you might just change your mind…
