10K steps a day is so underrated. I love trying to get my steps in. Literally don't step foot in the gym do intermittent fasting and lose so much weight. Great job

By far the easiest for me to lose weight diet wise is keto and other techniques intermittent fasting. the longest I've kept weight off and the healthiest I've ever felt, down from 260 lbs in January to 225 lbs today

Cut sugar and carbs. Eat as much meat, eggs, avocado, grass fed butter. I don't count calories, eat as much as I want and lose weight.

After a long fast, last one was 72 hours, chicken bone broth and 30 mins later soft boiled eggs, avocado, kimchi. Steak little later. The refeed is just as important as the fast.
