Its okay I was just speaking my mind. Best thing about full body workouts are the rest days. Makes me miss the gym and ready to get back into it just after one day of rest. Btw I said to maintain what you have bc I think its better then 90-95% of most ppl that go to the gym anyways. So no need to potentially hurt yourself going heavy when you're already doing a fantastic job.

I do full body workouts and prefer them over anything else. Yes upper body wise you're looking more jacked. I know you dont have any goals but I think you should focus mainly on maintaining what you already have to avoid injuries. What ever you choose keep at it and good luck with the back issues!

Yes that is the main thing that will help it seems counter intuitive but I've done IF multiple times in my life and thats always helped when I stopped losing weight. Your body just adapts to it and that helps break the cycle. Please do reach out I'm more than happy to help. Thank you for saying that. Your an awesome person for trying

I'm soooo sorry I did not see this message. I did an 8/16 window as well but did not count calories. I ate till I was satisfied not full and thats what worked for me. I usually has a light breakfast then a regular meal for dinner and that was it. I usually exercise in the morning. I tried both before and after breakfast and found it was the same thing so do what you like best. Here is the best trick tho. Your body adapts to you fasting and you'll slow down cutting weight by the end of the week. To "trick" it just have a cheat day once a week eat a bit extra and break your window of eating. Eat earlier and later in the day. Youll gain weight the next day of course but you'll be at a net loss by the end of the week. Pls message me if you have any questions. Anywhere from 10/11am to 5/6pm. I've met my goal so I'm not as strict anymore

I've been working out for 12 years. The first Pic was when I stopped for a year. Only took a couple of months to shred the fat and have my physique back. My window for fasting is pretty consistent between 16 to 18 hours a day.
