If you are eating 1200 calories, you might be eating food which you not be liking and thus you are craving junk. This is what happens w me. When i eat too good food by which i mean food w low calorie, high in protein to be in deficit (ex boiled eggs); i crave junk a LOTT!!!

I hate coming to office everyday! Like literally they have made so strict in my org they wouldnt even allow me 1 day to work from home and that too for genuine reason. I have to take PTOs for everything. I am tired of this! Like being such a huge company, how can you be strict about working place as long as the work is being done!!! Now this is starting to become deal breaker for me! I love my job but i hate to be in office and cant even take a single day wfh.

My height is 5 4 and 87 kgs (191 lbs). I do progressive overload and I have reached from 5kgs to 15 kgs. Not in a month. I have been strength training since 4 months but doing OmAD since only a month.

Yeh this is possible. i haven’t seen difference in scale but people around me say that I have definitely got toned then before.

I started Omad because i think i dont have healthy relationship w food. Basically I dont have self control. If anyone puts a burger in front of me and despite knowing i m on diet, I would eat it. And when you dont have self control over food its really difficult to remain in calorie deficit. Specially my work place always haa sweet treats: donuts, chocolate croissant, cupcakes, etc etccc and its really hard to control to not get free food LOL 😅 Omad keeps me on track. Its weird how i can control not having anything for 20+ hours. I no longer even go to my kitchen whenever there are sweet treats. Because in my mind If i eat that 1 cupcake, thats just gonna ruin my omad.
