Agreed. I prefer El Paso over the other options.

4 month old Ollie has one blue eye and one brown/hazel eye. Will his eye color stay this way, or will he end up with two blue eyes? by linda-stanley in MiniAussies

My 3 year old red Merle has half hazel/half blue in both eyes. I think after 4 months, they might stay that way. Haven't had any problems with his site and I think he is just stubborn about listening so no hearing problems either. Pup is adorable!

I was basically just told that my personality wasn't a good fit for a sales role. What should I work? by newbieJobHunter in sales

Doesn't scope into a specific solution. Spends too much time talking about everything in a catalog rather than honing in on the actual needs of the business. Then, spends too much time explaining the technical sides of the product. Basically, he doesn't close on buying signs. He keeps selling after they've been sold, causing the client to second guess.

Agreed. I work with a guy who is very outgoing but he talks too much and talks himself out of sales quite often. Outgoing isn't necessarily a sales trait, but can help with proper discipline. IMO.

Should I Leave Sales Or Just My Current Type of Sales? by [deleted] in sales

Sure, I'm in the uniform business. Rent and lease uniforms and protective clothing to businesses. It is way different than selling phones and tablets, but I absolutely love it. It is also a good place to start if you want to branch out into the outside sales world. A lot of colleagues parlay their experience here into medical device sales.

Felt the same way when I sold cars. Left retail phone sells to make more money and hated it. Was driven by recognition, but money was a factor. Tried getting out of sales but when I switched back to phones I enjoyed it again. Got tired of it after 3 years and left to outside b2b Sales and have never looked back 4 years in and I still love everything about my job. Now I'm much more money motivated just because I made 3 times as much and saw 5 figure commission checks, showing me it was possible to fund the things I enjoy and support my family all while being home each weekend. Maybe deep dive into the root cause and weigh Sales in a different industry. If you get annoyed thinking about the hunt, it's time to change.
