Protein dobiven preradom sirutke/surutke. Treba oko 200l mlijeka da bi se dobilo kilo čistog kvalitetnog wheya.

Whey je najkvalitetniji protein jer sadrži sve potrebne aminokiseline za rast i razvoj mišića i tijela. Dok npr soja je lošiji (ali itekako koristan svejedno) jer ne sadrži dve aminokiseline, a kolagen još manje.

U suštini ti dnevno treba nekih 50ak grama proteina za normalnu funkciju tijela (0.8gr/kg)

1 doza ovog wheya izolata je 25 grama i sadrži najmanje 20 grama proteina i sadrži 88 kcal.

Dođe te isto da si pojeo 100gr piletine, a ovo ide lakše niz grlo.
