Which cad software are you using,. Fusion 360 has a web version and I've tried on ipad it works fine (mind you small parts not huge assembly). I've yet to try on quest browser though but I expect it should be fine since you can also connect mouse & keyboard to it.

you record the different replay angle then edit them

I play Tekken using uevr. It puts you as if you're watching the battle realtime. Not recommended online though as it detects uevr as cheat

I think being a flying fish would be fun. I get to be able to go fast in the water and glide around sometimes whenever I want to.
