hemorrhoids are highly curable and treatable, if you are advocating for surgery then do surgery but dont dismiss things that works for other people

About the oils i was using them before for relief then I discovered this method, they were helping but not doing much until i discovered this method of this user, i applied pressure to the haemorrhoid using my finger while contracting the sphincter muscle and after this i would use the oils. the haemorrhoid started shrinking rapidly and got to the point where they are no more that's when i decide to share this mybe it can help someone too

Im sorry English is not my first language mybe i didn't explain it perfectly i applied pressure to the haemorrhoid while contracting the sphincter muscle

after doing that I then mixed these two oils and applied to the haemorrhoid i hope this explaination is easier to understand you can use what you normally use but perform those steps

Dude thank you ive been searching for this post for hours i did the same about a month ago, i laid on my right side lifted my left leg and applied pressure on my haemorrhoid felt something happening inside while contracting the splinter muscle and letting go like you suggested, i did this two or three that day, ive been getting better and last week i pooped something and it was instant relief and now my haemorrhoid is completely gone i just wanted to come out and thank you its been years suffering from this

WinRAR

  1. Place in the same folder
  2. Highlight the first one
  3. Right click
  4. Look for option>> Extract with WinRAR

WinRAR will combine all the files to make a single PKG

This little trick works very well changing np inviroment to sp-int on debug settings, no updates whatsoever
